PSB is inviting applications from suitably qualified personnel for the position of SALES & MARKETING OFFICERtenable at our Head Office in Blantyre.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include the following:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing
• Not less than 3 years of experience in a sales/marketing supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing
• Excellent analytical skills

• Overseeing all Marketing and Sales functions of the Company, ensuring all set targets are met
• Preparation and monitoring of Marketing & Sales Budget
• Preparation and Implementation of Marketing calendar of events and activities
• Provide market research information for strategic planning
• Compile and submit weekly, monthly and annual sales reports
• Supervise all sales/marketing agents/executives.
• Maintain a database of all customers of the Company and monitor trends.
• Handle all customer complaints
• Planning and Implementation of exercise for opening new branches across the globe
• Provide market intelligence information to management, with particular attention to activities and conduct of competitors, and recommend counteractions and advances.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by Management/Board
