JOB DETAILS:
Sunrise Properties Hub Limited is looking for sales Representative/Receptionist to join our Lilongwe office
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
- A Diploma in Land Administration or related field such as
- Marketing
- Accounting
- Business Management
- Human Resources Management
- Secretarial Studies
- (All Qualifications from a well-recognized institution)
- A valid driving Licence (a must)
Key Duties
- Advertising and making sales
- Escorting clients during site visits and property viewings
- Handling the company hotline
- Recording customer information
- Preparing offer letters and sales agreements
- Preparing monthly reports and plans
- Assisting the land surveyor in operations
- Performing any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (a must)
- Valid driving licence with driving experience
- Must be residing in Lilongwe preferably near Area 22, Biwi, Area 36, Area 24, Kaphiri, Waka Waka or Area 38
- Strong technical, organizational and communication skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
