Job Summary

Dream Pharmaceuticals is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products. The successful candidates will build strong client relationships, expand market presence, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Main Tasks:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct client visits and product presentations or demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and collect client feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on orders and payments.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Generate market intelligence and competitor analysis reports.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas consistently.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products.
  • Submit accurate and timely sales and activity reports.
  • Handle client objections professionally and effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Certificate in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience (pharmaceutical experience is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, persistence, and self-motivation.
  • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
