VITALITE Malawi is on the lookout for an energetic, results-driven Sales & Service Representative to join our dynamic Sales Department in Kasungu. If you’re passionate about sales, customer service, and driving growth in your community, this could be your next big opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual to support our distribution team with both sales and servicing responsibilities. You’ll be on the frontlines of bringing VITALITE products to customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Basic understanding of Accounting principles.
• MSCE certificate with strong results in Mathematics & English.
• Professional, proactive, and highly organized, with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions on the go.
• Valid motorcycle license with proven riding experience — you’ll be on the road daily. Candidates without Motorcycle license will not be considered.

Additional Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.
• A strong team player with solid problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
• Degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.
