Position Overview:
P-Tech-Expert is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Support Personnel to join our growing team on a remote (work-from-home) basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the growth of our IT solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors
- Promote P-Tech-Expert services including software development, websites, and IT consultancy
- Convert leads into business opportunities for our services (Custom Software, School Management Systems, Booking Systems, etc.)
- Support proposal preparation and client communication
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs
Minimum Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar sales or business development role
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience in selling IT solutions or digital services is an added advantage
Compensation (Commission-Based):
This is a commission-only role, ideal for a hungry sales professional:
- 35% Commission on any business made.
- + 5% Bonus on any business made (Total potential = 40% of deal value).
- Uncapped earning potential based on your performance.
