Position Summary
Atlas General Dealers Limited is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and assisting in the implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate sales leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and support tender documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns.
- Promote the company’s products and services through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Attend client meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports.
- Monitor tender opportunities and identify procurement prospects.
- Assist in managing the company’s social media and online presence.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relations.
- Experience in tendering, procurement, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
