ABOUT THE JOB
Our team is looking for ambitious, energetic and results-driven professionals to join our dynamic commercial team.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Blantyre or Lilongwe.
The Sales & Marketing Executive will identify potential customers, establish and maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include providing in-depth knowledge of products and services, negotiating contracts and collaborating with team members to drive business growth. The role demands outstanding communication skills, customer-focused service and proactive engagement to enhance client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales and negotiation skills with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Product knowledge and an ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience
- Time management and organisational abilities, to handle multiple clients and responsibilities effectively
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and market research to identify potential customers
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
- Proficiency in using CRM software and related tools is a plus
