JOB DETAILS:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong Customers relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of sales experience with hardcore sales background of working in Industries that dealt with tyres / lubricants / hardware goods / paints / construction materials etc.
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer service and relationship building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Carbon Auto & Tyre Limited is seeking a dynamic, results – oriented, and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executives for their Lilongwe & Blantyre Offices to join our growing team.
The successful candidates shall play a key role in promoting our tyres and services, expanding our Customers base and strengthening our brand presence in the market.
The ideal candidates should possess strong communication and marketing skills, a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, and the ability to contribute to the Company’s overall growth strategy.
