To support the migration of legacy and new business schemes from the Compen system into the OIPA system by verifying basis books, onboarding schemes, cleaning and updating member data, and ensuring high-quality data integrity. The officers will also liaise with clients for missing or incomplete information and generate progress reports on the migration status.Career counseling services

Responsibilities

Scheme Onboarding in OIPA:

  • Create new schemes in OIPA based on verified Basis Book information.
  • Migrate scheme data from the Compen system into OIPA.
  • Ensure that scheme setup reflects correct parameters as per business rules.

Data Verification and Quality Assurance:

  • Review and validate member biodata against premium schedules and Basis Book details.
  • Identify incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate data and liaise with clients for corrections or clarifications.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and integrity during data entry and processing.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Follow up with Client Relationship Managers or clients for missing biodata or clarification.
  • Maintain communication records and update relevant tracking tools.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Track migration progress and generate daily/weekly reports on:
  • Number of schemes migrated.
  • Number of schemes pending.
  • Key challenges encountered.
  • Document and escalate issues requiring further resolution.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with internal teams including IT, operations, and client relationship managers.
  • Provide feedback on process improvement opportunities related to migration.
