Secondary School Head Teacher

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• Master's Degree in Education/Educational Management is an added advantage.
• Teaching Certificate from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience, including at least 2 years in a secondary school leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
• Experience with the MANEB curriculum is an added advantage.
• Registered with the Teaching Council of Malawi (TCM).

DUTIES:

• Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support in the assigned role.
• Promote quality teaching and learning.
• Manage student welfare and discipline where applicable.
• Support the school's mission of academic excellence and moral development.
• Ensure efficient administration and adherence to school policies.
