St Annies Secondary School, an educational institution located in Mchinji under the Archdiocese of Lilongwe seeks the services of a dynamic, well-qualified and experienced individual to fill the following positions 

Responsibilities or duties

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Principal and will be responsible for;

• Developing and delivering engaging lesson plan aligned with curriculum
• Teaching subjects using various methods
• Identifying and assisting students in need of extra help and guidance
• Maintaining discipline and creating a positive learning environment 
• Evaluating students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects
• Regularly updating parents on their child’s progress and behaviour
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance, grades and performance
• Supporting extracurricular programs and school events as required

Qualifications or requirements 

• A minimum of Diploma in Education in Agriculture/Geography
• Ability to create structured and effective lesson plans that align with learning objectives.
• Ability to lead and guide the classroom and acting as a role model 
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks and duties efficiently.
