Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the leadership to understand business objectives, drive the people strategy, and ensure human resources initiatives directly support business growth and increase employee productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to translate the bank’s objectives into strategic human resources initiatives that drive business results.
- Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on people management, leadership, and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with line managers on talent acquisition, development, retention, and workforce planning.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Collaborate with line managers to identify skills gaps and determine training needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion to strengthen the employee value proposition.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolution.
- Promote a positive employee experience and foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
- Support employee engagement surveys and lead associated action planning

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s and Master’s/Post graduate degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences or related field of study from a recognized university plus at least 7 years strategic human resources business partnering experience in the financial services industry.
