JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
Join our expanding team in a key role that combines sales, client management, and operational coordination of concrete supply. We are hiring mainly Senior professionals, plus a few Intermediate roles for high-potential candidates willing to be trained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Drive sales and coordinate order execution from batching to delivery.
- Oversee on-site pouring and resolve technical/operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Act as main client liaison and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
Senior Candidates:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Concrete Tech, or related field.
- 7–10 years experience in construction/concrete industry.
- Strong technical and commercial site knowledge.
Intermediate Candidates (Limited):
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–4 years experience in construction/site operations.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
All Candidates Must Have:
- Confidence in client-facing environments.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Valid driver’s licence.
