We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits (Group) to lead and strengthen our Group reward capability. In this role, you will ensure that our compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, well governed, and aligned to business performance across all markets.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to provide expert reward insight, drive consistency, and support key people decisions across the organisation.

Reports to: Group Head of HR

Key Focus

  • Lead and manage Group-wide job evaluation and grading frameworks
  • Support delivery of annual salary review, bonus, and performance cycles
  • Develop and maintain compensation tools, models, and governance processes
  • Provide expertise on executive and critical hire reward structuring
  • Drive market benchmarking and salary structure alignment across countries
  • Support development and implementation of reward policies and frameworks
  • Deliver high-quality reporting, analytics, and insights for decision-making

Who You Are

  • You hold a degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • You have strong experience in compensation, benefits, reward, or HR analytics
  • You bring a solid understanding of job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive schemes
  • You are highly analytical, with strong modelling and Excel skills
  • You can balance market competitiveness, affordability, and internal equity
  • You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and governance forums
  • You bring strong organisational skills and can manage multiple processes and deadlines
  • You are professional, collaborative, and operate with high integrity and confidentiality
