ABOUT THE ROLE

Asante Boutique is looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Shopkeeper / Sales Officer to join their team. The shop offers a wide range of stylish clothing, shoes, traveling bags, cosmetics, and practical kitchen utensils. If you are honest, good with numbers, and love engaging with customers both in-store and online, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum MSCE certificate
• Strong skills in calculations
• Previous experience in retail or a shop is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Honest, reliable, and customer-friendly
• Physically fit
• Must be available to work Monday to Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to customers and provide excellent service
• Manage stock, shelves, and product displays
• Handle sales, cash register, and mobile money transactions
• Keep the shop clean and organized
• Maintain daily sales records and report on daily sales
• Promote products, manage, and engage with customers using online platforms

Work Hours: 8
