Role Title: Site Clerk
Reporting to: Site Administrator
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, social work, or similar qualification
- Malawi School certificate of EducationPrimary & Secondary Schooling (K-12)
- 1 year Site experience in contract management
- Clerical experience in construction industry
- Computer literate with advanced knowledge of widely used software packages (word, excel, ppt)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the site administrator and site manager with day-to-day activities.
- Supporting the site administrator with documentation and running of the site
- Organizing and maintain site documents in a structured and with governance.
- Ensuring procuring of materials is in conjunction with purchasing to order materials and with logistics to deliver them.
- Maintaining company documents and procedures for easy access, reference, and use.
- Assisting in upholding the corporate structures of the company within the workplace.
- First point of interface for many visitors to the site office so being able to communicate well and provide a good first impression is important.
- Dealing with all on site documentation i.e. delivery dockets, time sheets, health and safety certificates, and handling any enquiries to the site.
- Documenting of ongoing site works (pictures).
