Key Requirements

  • Relevant academic qualifications or technical training in the respective field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience for Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, HES Assistants, and Site Clerks
  • Minimum of 5 years experience for Building Foremen
  • Valid Class B Driving Licence with at least 3 years driving experience (Driver position)
  • Strong understanding of construction site operations (for technical roles)
  • Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills

Site Engineers

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with design specifications
  • Interpret drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams
  • Monitor progress and prepare site reports
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
