GGEM Farming, a rapidly growing, farmer-first food systems enterprise working across Malawi and Southern Africa is hiring a Snr Fundraising Administrator to drive our 2026 global fundraising strategy. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented and ambitious professional with strong experience in grant writing, research, donor engagement, and strategic fundraising. Location: Remote, with periodic travel to Malawi

Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead GGEM’s global fundraising pipeline
  • Manage donor relationships across US, Europe, and Africa
  • Drive applications and referral-based fundraising
  • Lead research and proposal development
  • Support debt financing preparation
  • Coordinate storytelling and impact documentation
  • Strengthen internal processes and team capacity
  • Work closely with the Co-Founder on strategic growth

Must Have

  • Minimum 5+ years of fundraising experience
  • Demonstrated success writing competitive grants
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills
  • Experience with climate, agriculture, or economic development sectors
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work well remotely and across cultures
  • Ambition, discipline, and passion for impact
