Applications are invited from suitably qualified, mature and well experienced persons to fill the following position that exists at Coin Security Service.

 TRAINING OFFICER

Key responsibilities:

• Develop high impact training
• Develop training materials
• Assess and certify guard competency
• Support operational excellence
• Promote discipline and standards
• Maintaining training records

Requirements:

• MSCE, Diploma in Security Management, Human Resources and Training and development.
• 2- 3 years working experience in private security service
• Physical fit, with ability to conduct physical demonstrations

Competitive renumerations package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
