ABOUT THE ROLE

Cedar Tree Academy is a fast-growing primary and nursery school located in Area 10 (Makatani), Lilongwe. We are looking for experienced and motivated educators to join our team and provide academic, social, and personal development support to our learners.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Teaching Certificate from a well-recognised Teachers Training College.
• Valid Teachers' Council of Malawi (TCM) registration certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of integrity and discipline.
• Good classroom management and passion for teaching.
• Team player with high professionalism, commitment, and integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver quality lessons across all subjects (Standards 1–6 for Primary Teachers).
• Provide academic, social, and personal development support to learners.
• Manage classrooms effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support nursery learners in their early childhood development (Nursery Teachers & Assistants).
• Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure holistic learner growth.
