OVERVIEW:

Cherry Blossom Montessori Nursery is inviting applications from qualified, passionate, and dedicated individuals to fill the positions of Teachers and Assistant Teachers. The nursery is looking for candidates with a passion for early childhood education and experience in the Montessori teaching approach.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

For Teachers:

• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience.
• Education Degree.
• Montessori Qualification (Level 1 & Level 2).
• Experience using Montessori materials.
• Flexible with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Empathy and ability to adapt to different learning needs.
• Ability to implement equality and diversity in the nursery.
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.

For Assistant Teachers:

• Minimum ECD Certificate and Montessori Certification.
• At least 2 years' experience in an educational setting.
• Experience in classroom management and record keeping.
• Passion for working with young children in an inclusive environment.
• Ability to implement equality and diversity in the nursery.
• Empathy and ability to adapt to different learning needs.

• Deliver quality teaching using the Montessori approach.
• Plan and manage classroom learning activities.
• Support children's learning and development.
• Maintain classroom records where applicable.
• Promote an inclusive, safe, and diverse learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with learners and parents.
