About TechOps PM Associates
TechOps PM Associates is a fully registered professional project management training and consulting firm dedicated to equipping teams with the skills, tools, and confidence to deliver successful projects. We specialise in project management training and capacity development for NGOs, startups, grant teams, community groups, and small businesses.
Our approach combines globally recognised project management methodologies, practical exercises, and modern tools to ensure learning is applied effectively across diverse project contexts. Training is delivered by experienced, certified project management professionals.
Partnership Opportunity
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, TechOps PM Associates has allocated resources for 2026 to provide free training and support in our core service areas to selected partner organisations.
We invite local registered Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) across all development sectors to express interest in a one-year, free partnership, specifying the project management areas where they require support.
This partnership aims to strengthen project planning, implementation, monitoring, and delivery through shared expertise, capacity building, and collaborative initiatives.
Scope of Partnership
Partner NGOs may collaborate in areas including, but not limited to:
- Project planning and design
- Risk management and quality management
- Stakeholder engagement and coordination
- Project management capacity building and training
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL)
Eligibility Criteria
Interested organisations must
- Be a locally registered NGO. Note: Techops reserves the right to verify the registration with NGRA
- Demonstrate experience or interest in project-based work in health, education, agriculture, forestry, etc
- Project planning and design
- Risk management and quality management
- Stakeholder engagement and coordination
- Project management capacity building and training
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL)
- Be a locally registered NGO. Note: Techops reserves the right to verify the registration with NGRA
- Demonstrate experience or interest in project-based work in health, education, agriculture, forestry, etc
