Position: Tractor Drivers

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors safely and efficiently for land preparation, planting, spraying, and transportation of farm materials.
• Support macadamia and coffee estate operations, including chemical spraying and farm logistics.
• Conduct daily inspections, routine maintenance, and basic servicing of tractors.
• Ensure tractors are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
• Transport farm inputs and produce as assigned.
• Work effectively in shifts and in a remote estate environment.
• Maintain records of tractor usage and report any mechanical faults promptly.
• Uphold integrity and maintain a clean criminal record.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and good conduct
• Perform any other lawful duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Experience:

• Able to read and write.
• Valid Tractor Driving License
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience Operating Tractors in an estate or farm setup.
• Knowledge of basic tractor maintenance.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in shifts.
• No criminal record
