Walitsani Tours and Travel is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and passionate Travel Consultant to join their growing team. If you love travel and enjoy creating unforgettable experiences, this is your opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design customized travel packages (local, regional & international)
- Handle flight bookings and ticketing
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel documents
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, and transport providers
- Promote travel packages through marketing and social media
- Meet sales targets and support business growth
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Experience in travel consulting or a similar role
- Knowledge of flight booking systems and ticketing
- Strong communication and customer service skillsCommunications & Media Studies
- Marketing skills (social media experience is an added advantage)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems
- Valid driver’s license (added advantage)
