OVERVIEW

Royal Consult Group is inviting applications from enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed individuals to join its research team as Unpaid Intern Team Leaders. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in field research, digital data collection, field supervision, and research project implementation.

Successful applicants will be assigned to research projects within their district of residence, with preference given to applicants residing close to the district headquarters to facilitate efficient deployment.

Internship Period

One (1) Month – (July - August 2026)

POSITION: UNPAID INTERN TEAM LEADER

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate enumerators during fieldwork.
  • Allocate daily assignments and monitor field progress.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed interviews.
  • Ensure adherence to research protocols, ethics, and project timelines.
  • Mentor enumerators and resolve field challenges.
  • Compile and submit daily field reports.
  • Liaise with project supervisors and local stakeholders where necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Health, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Must own an Android smartphone suitable for electronic data collection.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience supervising research teams or coordinating fieldwork is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district.

  • Be available throughout the entire period.
  • Be resident in the district from which they are applying.
  • Own an Android smartphone suitable for electronic data collection.
  • Be reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
