OVERVIEW

Access High School, a Christ-centred Cambridge curriculum boarding school, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and committed educational leader to fill the position of Vice Principal.

The successful candidate will support the Principal in providing strategic leadership, ensuring academic excellence, student welfare, staff performance, discipline, and the smooth day-to-day operations of the school while promoting a Christ-centred culture of excellence.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Education (Master's Degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in school leadership, preferably within the Cambridge Curriculum.
  • Experience managing a Cambridge Examination Centre.
  • Boarding school experience is mandatory.
  • Possess one or two teaching subject specialisations.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Passion for student development and Christian education.
  • Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
