Role Overview:
The Programs Officer will be responsible for assisting in the design, coordination, and implementation of our core mental health programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring our interventions are delivered effectively to our target communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and planning mental health workshops, support groups, and psychoeducation sessions.
- Coordinate logistics for program activities (scheduling, venue, materials, participant registration).
- Support the facilitation of sessions and ensure a safe, supportive environment for participants.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant attendance.
- Contribute to program reporting and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with other volunteers and officers to ensure program integration.

- Individuals with a background in psychology, social work, public health, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Empathetic, ethical, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Passionate about designing community-based mental health interventions.
