Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer care by attending to customer inquiries and maintaining good client relationships.
  • Prepare and write quotations, invoices, and other business correspondence.
  • Organize and submit tax returns to the relevant authorities.
  • Prepare and submit bids/tender documents to clients and institutions.
  • Compile, organize, and file company documents and records.
  • Assist in general office administration and support daily business operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and regulatory agencies as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar administrative, customer care, or sales support role (fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude may also be considered).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chichewa.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and tax processes (experience with MRA procedures is an added advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
