Credit Data CRB Limited now invites applications from candidates who meet the qualifications and experience stated below to fill the vacant positions as follows:

CUSTOMER CARE CLERK- REMOTE BASED (2)

Reports to: Relevant Supervisor

Functional Reporting: Customer Care Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Clerk to serve as the frontline representative of the Bureau. The role involves handling enquiries, disputes, and complaints while ensuring excellent service and compliance with procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service across multiple channels
  • Receive, process, and follow up on enquiries, disputes, and complaints
  • Liaise with clients, data providers, and internal departments
  • Ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping
  • Educate customers and data providers on Bureau processes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Customer Service, Business/Public Administration, Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field
  • Customer care or call-center experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service across multiple channels
