Seposale Limited is a fast-growing Malawian company revolutionizing the way construction materials are purchased and delivered online. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and analytical Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely submission of statutory returns.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Assist in auditing processes and respond to auditor inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Finance and Banking.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, report writing, and presentation.
• Experience in the construction or trading industry will be an added advantage.
