Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and experienced Accountant to join the Finance Department of BSM and actively support its Christian mission, values, and commitment to faithful stewardship. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, the role operates at a middle-management level and is responsible for overseeing and strengthening day-to-day financial management functions. The position plays a key role in upholding principles of integrity, accountability, and wise stewardship of resources, ensuring financial practices align with Christian values and organisational objectives.
Essential Skills, knowledge and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a university accredited by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE)
- A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ, and a clear sense of calling to this ministry.
- A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a progressively responsible accounting role Strong accounting and financial management knowledge, with excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
