Are you an organized, proactive administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Sparc Systems is looking for a versatile Executive Administrative Assistant to streamline our day-to-day operations, support key executive functions, and manage our Test Center.
Responsibilities or duties
Duties include:
- Executive Support: Provide administrative support across all departments and assist Marketing/Sales during event execution.
- Test Center Operations: Administer all exams conducted at the Sparc Training Center, manage client requests/renewals, resolve test center queries, and maintain operational documentation.
- Financial & Inventory Management: Manage and reconcile office budgets and petty cash. Track stock levels, order office supplies, and source cost-effective vendor deals.
- Facilities & Utilities: Manage utility accounts (ESCOM & Waterboard), coordinate office repairs with service providers, maintain premises cleanliness.
- Team Supervision & Communication: Supervise junior staff (drivers, cleaners, grounds staff, security). Manage incoming calls, operate office equipment, and handle live chat customer inquiries.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Proven two years experience in Office management roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
Excellent organizing and multitasking ability.
Outstanding Communication skills.
Diploma in Business Administration, Human resources and information Technology
