Background
Namiwawa Private School is seeking a highly organised, reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of the school’s daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office administration, coordination of support services, and effective communication within the school.
Key Responsibilities
To provide efficient administrative and operational support to the school, including office administration, records management, facilities coordination, fleet and stores management, and supervision of support staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role (experience in a school environment is an added advantage).
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel and email.
- Ability to multitask, work under minimal supervision and handle confidential information with professionalism.

- Able to work well with both teaching and non-teaching staff.
