Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the existing following vacant posts in the Parliamentary Service.
Responsibilities or duties
- Monitors compliance with administrative policies, procedures, and standards;
- Coordinates fleet, office accommodation, furniture, equipment, and supplies;
- Ensures office equipment is properly maintained and functional;
- Monitors utilisation of office resources and recommend improvements;
- Assists in the management and maintenance of Parliament buildings, offices, and other facilities;
- Maintains administrative records, files, and correspondence;
- Assists in the preparation and monitoring of administrative budgets and work plans; and,
- Prepares periodic administrative reports for management.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
A Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration or Business Administration or another closely related discipline with two (2) years' work experience in administration or office management. Applicants with demonstrated experience of fleet management, facilities management or general management will have an added advantage.
