JOB DETAILS:

Key Requirements:

• MSCE plus Certificate in Bakery, Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in baking bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products in a bakery, retail, or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, ingredient measurement, and oven operations.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistent product quality and presentation standards.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and proper storage of baking ingredients and finished products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting daily production targets.
• Good teamwork, communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
