BARTENDER/CARETAKER

Mthira Investments is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• maintain cleanliness and organization at bar area
• manage stock and report inventory requirements
• handle customer payments and basic sales records
• oversee security and premises upkeep
• report maintenance issues and perform caretaker duties

REQUIREMENTS

• MSCE or its equivalent
• hospitality qualification is an added advantage
• 2yrs+ bartending or customer service experience preferred
• good communication and interpersonal skills
• honest, responsible and trust worthy
• willing to work evenings and weekends
• willing to reside on premises

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
