JOB DETAILS:

SHACON Limited, a construction company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Building Foreman.

KEY DUTIES:

• Supervise Katete site activities and general labourers
• Interpret and implement building drawing
• Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of works
• Manage materials, tools and daily site records
• Report daily progress to Site Engineer/Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma in Construction / Building or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Foreman in building projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be sober-minded and results oriented

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
