JOB DETAILS:

Key Requirements

• MSCE plus Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience working as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, retail, catering, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, menu execution, and portion control.
• Ability to prepare a variety of dishes including local and continental meals while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety standards, and proper storage of ingredients and cooked food.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and meet production and service deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
