In this hybrid role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel heard while identifying opportunities to grow our business through strategic sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide product information with a friendly, professional tone.
  • Sales Growth: Identify customer needs and recommend relevant services (upselling/cross-selling).
  • Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries and maintain an accurate database of potential clients.
  • Problem Solving: Turn frustrated callers into loyal customers through quick thinking and excellent service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Chichewa.
  • A “people person” who stays calm under pressure.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM software (an added advantage).
