Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and customer preference
• Ensure food is cooked safely and hygienically
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in hotel and catering or related field.
• At least one year of experience as a cook or chef
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Strong time management and communication skills
