AgriKwik is seeking experienced, results-driven leaders to join our executive team.
1️⃣ Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Role Summary:
The CCO will drive AgriKwik’s revenue growth, partnerships, market expansion, and commercial strategy. This role is critical to transforming AgriKwik’s platform into a scalable, profitable, and trusted national marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AgriKwik’s commercial and revenue strategy.
- Lead sales, marketing, partnerships, and business development.
- Manage commercial agreements with agro-dealers, buyers, transporters, financial institutions, franchisees, and agents.
- Drive onboarding and activation of official stores, cooperatives, and enterprise clients.
- Set pricing models, commission structures, and incentive frameworks.
- Identify new market opportunities, products, and revenue streams.
- Prepare commercial forecasts, performance reports, and growth plans.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years in senior commercial, sales, or business leadership roles.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Strong negotiation, contract structuring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in agriculture, fintech, e-commerce, or logistics is highly desirable.

Blantyre – Head Office
