5️⃣ Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Summary:

The CTO will lead AgriKwik’s technology strategy, platform development, and innovation. This role ensures the digital ecosystem is scalable, secure, and user-friendly while driving technological solutions for market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead software development, IT infrastructure, and digital platform management.
• Ensure platform security, reliability, and high-performance standards.
• Drive innovation through new technology solutions and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with CCO, COO, and other executives to integrate technology with operations, sales, and customer experience.
• Manage technology budgets, resources, and project timelines.
• Establish technology policies, best practices, and governance frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in technology leadership, software development, or IT management roles.
• Experience in platform development, cloud-based solutions, and IT security.
• Knowledge of fintech, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces is desirable.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
