Tafika COURIER LTD is committed to Timely Delivery. We are hiring! Tafika is operating across 2 cities. Join our mission to connect Malawi with fast, reliable & secure deliveries.
- Process customer claims for lost or damaged parcels following company policy.
- Investigate each claim by reviewing tracking logs and handling footage.
- Coordinate with senders to either refund shipping costs or re-ship items.
- Manage the return-to-sender process for undeliverable parcels.
- Maintain a detailed log of all claims and their resolution status.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
