JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities or duties

To instruct and supervise nursing and midwifery students in clinical settings, ensuring competency in both nursing and maternal-child health skills.

• Supervise students in maternity, neonatal, and general nursing clinical placements.
• Teach and assess clinical skills in midwifery and nursing care.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Facilitate simulation-based learning and skills lab sessions.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain clinical records.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical site coordinators.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/Midwifery; Master’s degree preferred.
• Dual qualification/licensure in nursing and midwifery is an advantage.

Experience needed

• Clinical experience in midwifery and general nursing.
• Teaching or clinical supervision experience.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36
