The Role
You will lead all communications across GGEM, ensuring that we tell our story clearly, consistently, and strategically. You will manage multi-audience communication, deliver strong donor-facing reports, support customer and farmer engagement, and coordinate all major internal and external messaging.
What You Need:
- 3–8 years in communications, journalism, donor reporting, or digital marketing
- Excellent English writing & storytelling skills
- Strong visual/design skills (Canva or similar)
- Organised, structured, and reliable
- Experience in agriculture, climate, rural development, or social enterprise is a strong advantage
- Able to communicate with low-income households and rural farmers
- Mission-driven and passionate about impact

- Strong quarterly reports
- Growth in customer and farmer contact lists
- Visible and professional brand presence
- Improved internal alignment and reporting
- Increased donor and partner engagement
