The Role

You will lead all communications across GGEM, ensuring that we tell our story clearly, consistently, and strategically. You will manage multi-audience communication, deliver strong donor-facing reports, support customer and farmer engagement, and coordinate all major internal and external messaging.

What You Need:

  • 3–8 years in communications, journalism, donor reporting, or digital marketing
  • Excellent English writing & storytelling skills
  • Strong visual/design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Organised, structured, and reliable
  • Experience in agriculture, climate, rural development, or social enterprise is a strong advantage
  • Able to communicate with low-income households and rural farmers
  • Mission-driven and passionate about impact

  • Strong quarterly reports
  • Growth in customer and farmer contact lists
  • Visible and professional brand presence
  • Improved internal alignment and reporting
