Electromech Solutions Ltd is seeking Interns.

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of Chichewa or other local languages (an advantage)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• For specialized roles (e.g., Accounting, IT, Teaching), a diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant tertiary program (e.g., at a university, technical college, or teacher training college)
• Typically between 18 and 35 years old
• Must meet minimum legal working age requirements in Malawi
• Malawian citizen or legal resident with valid documentation
• Ability to commute to or reside near the school location
• Professional and ethical conduct

• No prior work experience required for most entry-level internships

• Availability for the full internship duration (typically 3–12 months)
• Commitment to child protection and safeguarding policies
