2️⃣ Customer Operations Officer
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Role Summary:
Responsible for client onboarding, application processing, and ensuring smooth delivery of AgriKwik services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding and registration processes.
- Verify and process service applications, subscriptions, and transactions.
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and finance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Implement feedback loops to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in operations, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.
