Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding parcel tracking and delivery status.
• Log customer complaints (lost, damaged, or delayed parcels) into the CRM.
• Liaise with the warehouse to locate specific parcels for urgent inquiries.
• Guide customers on how to correctly address parcels and use services.
• Make proactive outbound calls to recipients to confirm delivery time slots.
