Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide clear and accurate information about Adamant’s furniture products and services
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support repeat business
• Maintain high product knowledge and understanding of company policies
• Ensure showroom furniture and displays are clean, well kept, and professionally presented at all times
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service or sales experience is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Must be residing in Lilongwe (Area 49, Area 25, or surrounding areas)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
