Responsibilities or duties

• To issue receipts/tickets to courier Customers and passengers
• To receive courier parcels and mail from customers and arrange dispatch of same with appropriate documentation
• To handle customer issues regarding the bus, mail and parcels
• To deliver courier items to customers on claim and timely
• To handle cash and reconcile for the day’s transactions
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Minimum of MSCE. Any professional diploma and relevant Certificate will be an added advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints and conflicts.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Professionalism, courtesy and ambience towards customers and co-workers.
• Flexibility to work odd hours, weekends and/or public holidays.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
